We live in a bustling world filled with sound, frequency, and vibrations. Consider that 60% of your body consists of water, making us sensitive to these vibrations and frequencies.  That's why the human voice can be so healing - it's the most natural, organic, and unique vibrational instrument available. That's why when I create music, I make it a point to use only positive sounds, vibes or lyrics.  No Bad Vibes Here!  Remember, we become what we believe in and what we surround ourselves with so not only do I use it while I'm creating music, but it's a big part of my yoga & meditation practice. The best part of this timeless journey is sharing this infinite knowledge & seeing people become happy, strong & vibrant.

Kundalini Yoga

Yoga has dozens of variations in philosophy and style. Some yogas (like Bikram) are structured as a physical workout. Others (like Jivamukti) put an emphasis on meditation. Kundalini Yoga is little of both, but with an added emphasis on consciousness that activates energy centers throughout the body. Kundalini class can be a good workout, but its teachers and students (often wearing white turbans) participate in each kriya with a quiet reverence more akin to a temple than a gym. If you like your physical exercise to come with a side of spiritual enlightenment, Kundalini Yoga might be for you.

Kundalini techniques

Stretching, breathing, jumping, running, dancing, yelling, chanting, meditating. Any given Kundalini kriya contains a variety of activities. A typical class is focused on control of breath, expansion of energy and alignment of the chakras.

Meditation in Kundalini Yoga contains specific, practical tools that carefully and precisely support the mind and guide the body through the use of breath, mantra, mudra, and focus. The range and variety of meditation techniques in the Kundalini Yoga tradition is truly extraordinary. Yogi Bhajan passed on hundreds of meditations tailored to specific applications. There are meditations that reduce stress, work on addictions, increase vitality, and clear chakras, to name a few. While there exist many, many styles and approaches to meditation, what sets this approach to meditation apart is its precision, effectiveness, and practicality.
